Accommodations
The Conference Center can accommodate up to 60 persons for meetings and events. The conference room may be divided into two parts, each accommodating 20-30 persons. Separate break-out spaces for small groups are available throughout the Convent, to be arranged in advance.
We also have alternate meeting spaces that comfortably seat from 2 to 25 persons, allowing us to accommodate multiple groups. Many find these other spaces suit their needs beautifully when the Center is unavailable.
Overnight accommodations are available for between 15 and 20 persons, depending upon the needs of your group for single or double rooms. Linens and towels are provided. Most guests will share a bath with at least one other room. Please bring bathrobes, since some showers are down the hall.
Meals
Meals are usually served at 8:15 AM, at 12:30 PM and at 6:00 PM, all times approximate. The fare is simple and nutritious. Groups may alternatively bring in light refreshments or bag lunches if arranged in advance. The Convent will provide coffee and tea in the morning and afternoon. Evening snacks are by pre-arrangement only. Please consult with the Reservations staff to meet the requirements of your group. Meals are generally eaten in silence, except feast days, unless advance notice is given to request talking during meals. The refectory can comfortably seat 40-50 persons, or up to 100 persons for receptions.

Guests relax at the DeBlois Conference Center.
Setting
The Conference Center is located in an Episcopalian Convent of the Society of St. Margaret. The Sisters celebrate the Holy Eucharist and the fourfold Daily Office Tuesday through Sunday. Conference attendees are invited to join the Community for worship. The Sisters also keep the Great Silence from 9 PM to after breakfast in the morning and request that guests keep this in mind in planning their meeting schedules. Mondays are kept as Sabbath and the Convent is closed to groups.
