The Sisters of St. Margaret celebrated our patronal festival, St. Margaret’s Day at 10:00 am on Saturday, July 20, 2013 in the Duxbury Chapel. The preacher was our Bishop Visitor, the Right Reverend David B. Joslin. A reception followed at the convent.

Directions by car
Take Rt. 3 South toward Cape Cod from Southeast Expressway or from 128/93 South. Take Exit #10. Turn left onto Rte 3A (north) approximately one mile to the blinking light at the Milepost Restaurant. Turn right at the light. Follow sign to South Duxbury (about a mile from blinking light.) Go around the flagpole in the center of the road and take Washington Street. This is the street with the Gulf station on the left and the liquor store on the right. The next turn (after approximately one city block) is Harden Hill Road.
- The large grey building on the right hand side is the Bertram Conference Center, 21 Harden Hill Road.
- The first building on the left, past the Duxbury Town Green, is the Chapel, 30 Harden Hill Road.
- The building behind the Chapel is the Farmhouse, 40 Harden Hill Road.
- The building on the left after the Chapel is the new St. Margaret's Convent at 50 Harden Hill Road.
- The building past the convent is St. Marina's, 60 Harden Hill Road.
- The building just before the water is the Boathouse.
If you need handicapped access to the Chapel or the new convent, you may park in the driveway of the new convent at 50 Harden Hill Road. There is paved access from there to the Chapel and the new convent.
There is a very small step to get into the Chapel. Once inside the Chapel is completely accessible.
The new convent is completely handicapped accessible. Park in the driveway just before the new convent on Harden Hill Road and use the ramp up to the back door. You can access the Oratory (small chapel in the convent) using the elevator. There are two handicapped accessible rest rooms, one on the first floor and one in the basement.
